Your data and privacy; delete your account

What is not sent to an AI

LMSable never sends your material to an AI service and holds no AI account or API key on your behalf. You copy a prompt, run it in the AI chat you already use, and paste the answer back - that chat's provider governs whatever you type there, not LMSable.

What LMSable collects

For Course Builder specifically: your email address (to send the sign-in code and keep your projects attached to you), your course structure and lesson content, any source text you paste, and the images, PDFs or audio you attach to a lesson. Other tools collect less - see the full table on the Privacy notice page, which lists exactly what reaches LMSable's servers for each tool.

There is no self-service account deletion

Course Builder has no button that deletes your account. You can delete individual courses yourself: open a course's menu on your course list and choose Delete - the course and its uploaded images and files are removed. To have your email address deleted, write to LMSable and ask.

Note

Send your deletion request to [email protected]. An email address is enough for us to find and delete your record - you do not need to include anything else.

You can ask for the same address to:

  • Delete a course for you, including its uploaded files.
  • Delete your email address once your courses are gone.
  • Get a copy of what is stored about you, or ask us to correct it.

What deleting actually removes

Deleting something removes it from the live service immediately. A daily backup is kept for 30 days, so a fully deleted item also disappears from backups within that window.

If something goes wrong

  • You are not sure what account this request applies to: send the request from the same email address you used to sign in to Course Builder, so we can match it.
  • You want to complain to a regulator instead: you may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
