Questions before you start

What exactly is free?

All of Foundation: the lessons, the final test, the review of your project and the certificate. You build your course on the free LMSable plan, so you don't need a paid account or a card at any point. Once your account is linked with the Academy, your published project link does not expire — your project stays available for as long as you keep it published.

How long does it take?

It's self-paced. There are 23 short lessons with about 18 minutes of video, plus the time you spend building your own course. Most of your time goes into your project.

Which AI assistant do I need?

Any chat assistant you already use, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. LMSable gives you ready prompts, you paste them into your chat and bring the answer back. You don't need an API key.

Who reviews my final project?

The LMSable team, using a published checklist of what the course must contain. You get a result within 3 business days. If something is missing, you get a comment and can resubmit.

What if I don't pass the final test?

You can retake it. The pass mark is 80%.

How can someone check my certificate?

Every certificate has a unique code and a public verification page at academy.lmsable.com/verify. You can add it to your LinkedIn profile.

How do I get 3 months of LMSable Pro?

Earn your Foundation certificate and share it on LinkedIn from the Academy. Pro is then activated on your LMSable account, with no card required.

I already create courses. Do I need to watch everything?

No. Take the Fast Track: pass the Foundation assessment and submit the same practical project.

When will Advanced be available?
